The Chinchani Tarapur Education Society - Chinchani

The Chinchani Tarapur Education Society was established 1953 registered under society and public Trust act. This institute gives impetus to hundreds of villages around Chinchani Tarapur to complete their secondary education up to matric. This seeding has now grown up into a banyan tree covering classes from K.G to P.G.

The motto & mission of the trust is “Education to all irrespective of the caste & creed, irrespective standard of living.” Thus there is not “NO” to the penny-less parents.

If a poor parents or the parents below poverty line cannot afford to pay the school/College fees/dues, the management takes the immediate steps to impart the education to these needy & poor students by employing them in the Institution on part-time basis and condone their fees or dues & allowing them to continue their studies till they get finally passed out. There is hostel facility for the adivasi boys and girls.

Financial help for needy or poor students

Not only this, but for the middle group of income class, the facility of the ‘Bank Loan’ as per policy of the RBI are made available to needy & poor students by taking the strenuous efforts with the managers of Local Nationalized Banks. As a result of which many students have availed the facility of ‘educational loan’.

The CTES is having well equipped Computer Lab, Library, and Science Lab & glorious playground beside lovely seashore. This institution is having bio matric system as well as CCTV Camera System.

Fair Examination System

This institution has adopted transparent exam system, per subject three set question paper. The Hon’able educationist Shri. Rajanikant Shroff, the chairman of CTES has cut cheating to zero by getting parents to act as invigilators. It is because of this, this institution has got the following Puraskar:-

1. BHALACHANDRA PURASKAR-2012-13- by Sane Guruji Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, Nashik-Road.

For the following Reasons:-
In the Rural area & adivasi region of Palghar Dist., the reputed trust had been imparting the valuable qualitative, standard and culture education to the people of this area for last more than 100 years. This educational trust has proved itself as “DEEP STAMBHA” i.e. “Search light” under the guide of Mr. Rajanikant P. Shroff, the well-known and eminent educationist.

2. 29th CFBP- Jamnalal Bajaj Uchit Vyavahar Puraskar for fair Business Practises has been awarded by the council for fair business practises to Chinchani Tarapur Education Society in the year 2016.

Mission

This College is being located in real rural tribal area, its mission to impart higher education to each and every individuals residing in and around chinchani village covering almost 50 villages irrespective of caste, creed, religion and language.
